Business Process Monitoring

In the former IT landscapes every application already offered the possibility of monitoring. But this monitoring was referring to more or less only on the respective individual application.

If business processes are composed of individual services, which are all collected and exchangeable from various third-party systems, “monitoring” is a very important issues.

It is important to know at any moment, in which state a process is. Individual services are controlled and monitored in real time, both from the IT, as well as of the actual operators of the processes, the special departments.
